Light Lick

The designers at DFx have developed a product which is intended as a state of the art, low-energy lighting accessory for the 21st century home or office.

The concept behind the Light Lick is one of simplicity itself – a lamp which you can adapt to suit any living or working space by virtue of its infinite variability.
In its most basic form it can be set to any colour (using the IR remote control provided) which complements the colour scheme in which it is placed.

This, however, is just the start! Advanced software algorithms allow you to set three other parameters namely brightness, colour deviation and speed of deviation. 

By adjusting these three elements to taste, it is possible to create a dynamically changing lighting fixture which not only matches the colour but also the mood of the occasion. Subtle modulations with pastel shades may suit a quiet evening at home whilst, in its most extreme modes, the lamp would fit well in any disco!

The Light Lick, which is 525 mm tall, comes with several factory presets to get you started but the real fun is in creating unique mood lighting with your own user settings which can be stored for future use as ‘user presets’.

By using the latest LED technologies and energy efficient control systems, the Light Lick only consumes 5W from the mains supply and as such fully deserves its place alongside DFx’ other Planetsaver® range of energy efficient lighting products.
